PR crisis mode: Duterte wants to destroy my credibility so he can get away with his crimes – Trillanes

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV merely brushed off sweeping allegations made by President Rodrigo Duterte that he was extorting money from businessmen so he would not attack them with his public exposes.

In an interview with journalist Henry Omaga-Diaz at DZMM Saturday, Trillanes categorically denied Duterte’s allegations and challenged the president to provide more details or proof to shore up his claims.

He described Duterte’s ploy as a routine defense mechanism in managing a public relations crisis – if yu can’t answer charges against, destroy the credibility of your accuser.
